Getting set up

You need three things: a wallet, the Arc network added to it, and a little USDC to pay for transactions.

Add Arc to your wallet

The easy way: press Connect wallet at the top of any page. If your wallet does not know Arc yet, the site asks it to add the network and you approve once. If your wallet wants the details typed in by hand, these are the ones to use.

USDC is the gas

Most networks make you hold a separate coin just to pay transaction fees. Arc does not. The network fee is paid in USDC, the same USDC you trade with, and a normal transaction costs a fraction of a cent.

Getting USDC onto Arc

USDC moves between networks through Circle's own transfer protocol, so what arrives on Arc is real USDC and not a wrapped copy. Use a bridge or an exchange that supports Arc withdrawals. ARCO does not run a bridge and never asks you to send funds to an address for that.

Connecting and disconnecting

Connecting only shares your public address so the site can show balances, positions and locks. Nothing can move without a transaction you confirm in your wallet, one at a time. Click your address at the top to disconnect.

The first time you use a token, your wallet asks for an approval before the actual transaction. That is normal: it lets the contract move that token when you swap, add liquidity or lock.
